Home had many rooms with 14' ceilings. Great care was taken to preserve the beauty & quality of these Heart Pine Materials.  Lot includes about 7,000 sq. ft. of Tongue and Groove (T & G) flooring materials some as thick as 3/4",many as long as 20'. No knots, beautiful rosey color. Exquiste quartersawn materials were used in walls, ceilings and floors. Includes rough cut 1" x 6" planks on the exterior lap siding in various lengths. Hand hewn heart pine sills, 4" x 6" x 14' long(about #100). Many materials could be re-milled into molding or for decorative uses.  

Home was mostly wallpapered over the walls and ceilings and original wood was never revealed until the home was carefully dismantled.
